Essential Surf Bucket Hat

Recently diagnosed with a melanoma on my noggin…. so I’d better take more care out in the ocean.

Always disliked wearing hats so I tried a few types. I tried my son’s fcs hat and it proved to be the best one.

I’ve seen other surfers regularly wearing these so I’m not alone in thinking they’re the least annoying.

Also there’s not too much loss of peripheral vision.

It’s a shortish wrap around peak , neck flap optional with a comfy chinstrap.

Comfortable and fits well. Exactly what I needed on a sunny Costa Rica day in the lineup.

I bought the Surf Cap worked perfect.. But Ive lost it as my Son stole it to wear

So the Bucket will be all mine fits spot on especially around the ears with the chin strap

Fits perfectly, brim width is just right, doesn’t flop into face or cover eyes when under water. Best one on the market!!! 👌🏼🤙🏼

The first time out was better than anticipated. It seemed I had an umbrella over my head and didn't need to use my hand to shield the sun from my eyes. Punching through oncoming waves is much more comfortable.
