Unfortunately, this leash constantly twists up on itself and gets tangled around my feet and fins. I spend a surprising amount of time sitting in the lineup just trying to untwist and straighten it out, which gets frustrating pretty quickly.

The actual construction and build quality seem good, and the cuff is comfortable, so I don’t have any complaints there. But for me, a leash should basically disappear once you’re in the water - you shouldn’t have to constantly think about or manage it

I most likely won’t buy again

Worth the extra bucks, definitely an upgrade!

I've always rated FCS leashes, never snapped one, don't stretch, always comfy, I kept buying Essentials, then one day treated myself to this Helix and wow - the cuff is so much better - sticks to your ankle, easier to cinch tight, no horn digging in if you get worked, all the details seem a litle improved, not sure about the new helix leash but I have total faith in Production & Design at FCS! Love you work people xxx
